Sorbetto di riso con more di bosco


Serve del riso bollito fatto cuocere con dello zucchero. Si lascia raffreddare e poi si frulla, aggiungendo un po' di acqua di cottura fino a ottenere una consistenza simile a uno yogurt abbastanza liquido.
Montare il gelato in gelatiera aggiungendo i semi di una stecca di vaniglia.
Lavare le more e frullarne una parte con un po' di zucchero. Passarle al setaccio per togliere i semi.
Servire il sorbetto con sopra il passato di more e le more intere.
